BCE has received a generous contribution of computer systems from Community Housing Partners of Christiansburg, VA. Their generosity will allow us to expand our operations and reach more individuals faced with mental challenges. Thank you CHP!

Consumer Computer Support Line, an effort to meet the computing needs of mental health consumers across Virginia. Over the past 7 years it has been an immense pleasure to direct computer empowerment, often in association with Empowerment For Healthy Minds, a non-profit organization I co-founded in 2002. This year I'm delighted to be forming BCE to continue the work, amid many happy memories of years past and hopes for what is yet to be. There are so many precious lives waiting to be touched and transformed, so many amazing people to get to know and learn from, and so many stories of personal challenge and triumph to unfold. I'm very excited by the founding of Blacksburg Computer Empowerment and I'm very thankful for the encouragement and caring others have shown in fostering this auspicious moment.
Let's power on our motherboards and let our cpu fans whirl!
