Despite the financial challenges of recent times, we'd love to expand and grow and we're thinking of new ways to share our skills with others, We're looking forward to holding a technology fair for mental health consumers in the New River Valley. Over the past 7 years it has been an immense pleasure to direct computer empowerment, often in association with Empowerment For Healthy Minds, a non-profit organization I co-founded in 2002. This year I'm delighted to be forming BCE to continue the work, amid many happy memories of years past and hopes for what is yet to be. There are so many precious lives waiting to be touched and transformed, so many amazing people to get to know and learn from, and so many stories of personal challenge and triumph to unfold. I'm very excited by the founding of Blacksburg Computer Empowerment and I'm very thankful for the encouragement and caring others have shown in fostering this auspicious moment.

Let's power on our motherboards and let our cpu fans whirl!
